For optimal results, follow these steps when using OshunPouch®:

Prepare the Pouch: Using a small tool such as a skewer or toothpick, puncture small holes evenly throughout both sides of the OshunPouch®. Aim for approximately 10-12 holes per side to ensure proper hydration.
Hydrate the Pouch: Fill a container with water and submerge the pouch completely for 5-7 minutes, allowing it to fully hydrate. This step ensures that the pouch is ready to provide optimal support and hydration to your flowers and stems.

Great product, great customer service

Great customer service, and these pouches are a great alternative to the traditional (toxic) floral foam brick. We've been using for the past couple of years, and won't ever need to use floral foam again.

I keep having an issue with new pouches bursting (usually at the end seams), even when poked with 5-7 holes on each side and left to submerge in water as directed. I'd love to be using the product more regularly, but I just can't trust them to stay intact before use. The compostability is fantastic, but I wish these pouches would wait until after being designed in to begin their falling apart process. Have to move to gingerly with them, and I still get maybe 1 out of 3 to inflate properly.

Mixed performance conclusions

Several of the smaller pouches busted at the seams upon soaking. We did 3 days of testing for our sustainable sympathy program for AIFD and had mixed results using the Oshun pouch. We wanted it to be the best performing because it is home compostable! Will continue our testing

I've never had this happen before

I've never had this happen before, but five of the pouches we used last weekend from this shipment burst open at the seams and leaked all over the water we were soaking them in and we had to compost them. We followed the directions for soaking, the others were fine, and we've used oshun pouches before with success, but the quality control of this batch was lacking.
